Job Summary

CEO Office manager will be responsible for supervising CEO Office administrative and secretarial employees to ensure effective secretarial support and Manage CEO Calendar. Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all; meetings, interviews, visits, occasions and normal or up normal activities. Organizes daily work and orientation related to CEO office to achieve the best use of the available resources and the time of CEO.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all; meetings, interviews, visits, occasions and etc.,

Organizes work and orientation related to CEO office to achieve the best use of the available resources and the time of CEO.

Reviewing correspondences and transactions delivered to CEO office ensuring their systematic validity and also write the required explanations on them, submitting them or referring them to the related departments' managers and departments' heads and following what actions have been made.

Supervises the day-to-day operations of administration to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.

Manages the inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services.

Plans and allocates specialized clerical and administrative tasks and duties to subordinates to ensure that the clerical work of the area is carried out in the most efficient way.

Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.

Organize & prepares travel arrangements of CEO in terms of flight bookings, hotels, transportation in addition to financial and administrative arrangements and related agenda.

Attend executive meetings with CEO, take meeting minutes follow up on any tasks related to CEO.

Drafts Memos, preparing Letters, Presentations, Reports, and other correspondences, following guidelines from CEO.

Organizing company events or conferences.

Any other tasks assigned by CEO.

Any Bachelor Degree, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is preferable, Master Degree will be a privilege.

Minimum 6 years of experience with proven track record in a similar role ideally within one of the leading construction, real estate, and/or industrial companies in the MENA region.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Team working and written/verbal communication skills.

Organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office.

Can work under pressure.
