WHAT DO YOU NEED :
  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitation (beneficial)

  • Monday - Thursday : 07 : 00-19 : 00
  • Friday - Sunday : 07 : 00-19 : 00
  • Monday - Thursday : 19 : 00-07 : 00
  • Friday - Sunday : 19 : 00-07 : 00
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Manage a team of teachers responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring targets related to headcount, quality, productivity, efficiency, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping are met or exceeded.
  2. Maintain positive client relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction according to company procedures.
  3. Coordinate with departments such as recruitment, training, quality, and operations to meet client needs.
  4. Provide ongoing training, support, and technical assistance to teachers.
  5. Manage budgets and contracts related to client services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to improve service quality and understand client needs.
  7. Lead, guide, and evaluate teachers, including scheduling, quality assurance, and performance reviews.
  8. Observe lessons to ensure quality standards are met, providing feedback and coaching to teachers.
  9. Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain service standards.
  10. Support teachers by answering questions, providing training, motivating, and ensuring they have necessary resources.
