R 15 000 Monthly - Fleet Team Leader

Location: Brakpan

Salary: R 15 000 CTC (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Urgent Requirement:

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Code 14 and PDP
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the bus industry as a supervisor or team leader (drivers/manager)
4. Experience in managing depot supervisors and drivers
5. Ability to compile depot reports from supervisors
6. Ensure validity of PDPs and bus roadworthy certificates for all drivers and supervisors
7. Train supervisors and drivers on customer service and driver conduct
8. Coordinate service schedules for buses with fleet controller and maintenance supervisor
9. Ensure compliance with company clocking and onboarding systems for supervisors and drivers
10. Ensure adherence to SLA requirements for scholar transport in depots
11. Address and resolve managerial issues among supervisors
12. Advise on driver selection for private hire
13. Coordinate pre-trip planning with supervisors and fleet controller
14. Submit pre- and post-trip inspection sheets of drivers to fleet controller
15. Report driver performance and supervisory issues to management at head office
16. Assist fleet maintenance supervisor or fleet controller as needed
