CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Overview: To manage 6 Client Relationship Coordinators who can work under pressure and handle multiple clients accurately. They will work in a contact centre environment, maintaining energy and positivity while dealing with clients.

Duties:

  1. Oversee online platforms and monitor ticketing system
  2. Manage project schedules
  3. Ensure efficient resource utilization
  4. Oversee online job cards
  5. Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings
  6. Resolve client concerns
  7. Manage the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Client service experience
  • Contact centre experience (beneficial)
  • Project management experience (beneficial)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate effectively

  • Basic Salary: R25,000 (depending on experience)
