Job description

Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated care assistant to provide the highest level of care to our residents during the night shifts. It is essential to maintain residents' dignity and individuality at all times, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Previous experience caring for older people is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Our care homes foster a culture of mutual support and reward employees' efforts.

You will receive support and coaching to help you grow in your role through various opportunities and challenges. Ideally, but not necessarily, you will have experience working in a nursing home environment and a passion for quality care.
