Job Opportunity: Business Developer in Financial Services

A leading organization in the Financial Services Sector is seeking an experienced Business Developer to join their team in Johannesburg and Centurion. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home after settling in.

Role Focus

Expanding the business insurance portfolio by building a short-term insurance book through prospecting and selling both personal and commercial lines.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients via various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric or National Senior Certificate
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and presentations
  • Proven sales target achievement and pipeline development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent worker
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
