We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

As the Data and Business Services Product Manager, you will play a key role in growing organizational impact by ensuring the integrity of our internal systems (CRM, HR and Finance) as well as ensuring Bridgespan leaders have the data they need to drive decision-making and strategy. In this role, you will:

· Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.

· Ensure that development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall business and product strategy.

· Engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, assess potential value, articulate user stories.

· Develop, maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

· Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integration and dependencies.

· Team with the Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile teams in product development, overseeing the product lifecycle through release and post-launch support.

· Monitor product performance taking a data-driven approach to optimize features, identify improvement areas, and maximize value.

· Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on data-related product progress, milestones, and potential challenges.

· Work with key business stakeholders to ensure successful product roll outs and releases.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile development within the organization by making suggestions to improve systems, processes and procedures and championing data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of work experience and at least 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager

· Experience working with developers and managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch

· Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

· Experience working with Dynamics 365, Salesforce and or other CRM systems

· A collaborative team player attitude

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to details

· Willingness to travel on occasion

· (Bonus) Prior experience in a Product Management role at a client services firm
