Purpose of the Position

The Finance Director will serve as the primary contact overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. Responsibilities include managing financial operations across all projects, such as bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, administration, management of sub-recipients/sub-partners, payroll, and staff management. The role also involves overseeing the finance team, payroll team, and the grants, compliance, and legal teams.
