Key Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to provide District Sales Teams with deep-dives and localized sales analysis, informed by a centralized retail intelligence platform, resulting in insights that support the District Business Plan.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Analyze sales data to generate local insights and support the District Manager with business planning requirements.
  2. Assist Sales Managers with quarterly sales plans, including localized deep dives and trend analysis.
  3. Identify weekly opportunities or issues for the sales teams.
  4. Review standard reporting packs and provide recommendations to Sales Managers and the District Manager.
  5. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports down to sales representative level, covering volume, pricing, retention, BEES, trade schemes, availability, calling, promotions, and scorecards.
  6. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Sales Masterdata.
  7. Assist Sales Managers and the District Manager with Customer Free Beer Credits (FBCs).
  8. Create purchase orders and handle other PTP queries for Sales Managers and the District Manager.

Minimum Requirements
  • BCom or related Business Degree.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience is advantageous.
