Purpose: To direct the Franchise Channel in growing business opportunities and identifying key strategic areas to support the organization in becoming a leader in Total Workspace solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Design a strategy to drive growth across the product stack and ensure uptake within the Franchise Channel network to build a sustainable annuity revenue stream.
Identify opportunities and develop new methods to grow revenue across the product stack.
Ensure monthly sales budgets, targets, and goals are met or exceeded.
Facilitate understanding of the product portfolio within the Franchise Channel.
Drive sales revenue growth from both current and new customers.
Support Franchises in customer-facing situations to enhance understanding and capability of the product stack.
Assist Franchise teams at the customer level to ensure deal closures.
Profitability:
Ensure Franchises are aware of and fully utilizing all initiatives, drives, and systems to maximize their benefits.
Analyze and grow profitability within assigned Franchise portfolios.
Assess the financial health of Franchise businesses.
Relationship Building & Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Franchise Holders, customers, service providers, and OEMs.
Collaborate effectively with executives, sales, finance, marketing, product, HR, service delivery, IT, and project office teams.
Education & Experience:
5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the ICT environment.
Ability to work under pressure and balance risk with business decisions.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Self-driven, innovative, team-oriented, and motivated.
Other Assignments:
Perform any tasks assigned by the Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer.
