Sales Manager (Salvaged Vehicles)

My client is an established business in Wynberg, Sandton. They need a Sales Manager to ensure the sales division team is managed efficiently and according to company standards to deliver optimal results for clients and the company through continued improvement and proactive qualitative actions.

Experience Needed

• 5 years in a Management Position
• Used car sales or salvage industry experience
• Motor industry
• Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
  
  

Job Requirements

• Contribute to the achievement of branch profit through increased dealer base and cost control
• Ensure external and group governance and compliance standards are met at all times
• Establish internal controls to deliver efficient processes and systems
• Provide requisite reports timeously
• Ensure world class customer service at all customer interfaces
• Management and development of Human Resources
  
  

Salary will consist of a fixed portion plus commission.
