Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician assignments
  2. Maintain accurate records of service requests, work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
  3. Process service invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims
  4. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on service status
  5. Support the service team with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  6. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies or parts
  7. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  8. Generate service performance reports and assist in workflow optimization
