Our commercial client is looking for a Accounts team leader with 5 years solid experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Debtors, Creditors and Recons.

Salary up to R35 000 (Office hours 07:30 to 15:30).

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Financial / Bookkeeping and added Bonus
• 5 Years experience in Debtors & Creditors – overseeing a team
• Team management
• Experience with overall Bookkeeping / Accounting
• Experience in Recons of all sort.
• Working on Pastel Partner and SAGE evolution
• Excel experience
• Own Transport/Driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Overall Accounts experience – Assist Financial Manager with overall bookkeeping/accounting work all rounder
• Understanding and experience with Trial Balance
• Oversee 2 staff in Debtors & Creditors
• Oversee debtors and creditors processes and function
• Analysing age debtors and creditors
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting in VAT calculation and VAT reviews
• Attending to client queries related to accounts
• Knowledge in Sage Partner or Sage Evolution
• Excel spreadsheet awareness and understanding of report running
