Our Administration Team has several vacancies for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to support hospital Admissions and Reception functions.
You will be a key member of the team, acting as the face of our hospital by managing all incoming patients and visitors, assisting with bookings, health fund estimations, admissions, and inquiries.
This role involves a variety of front and back-of-house administrative tasks on a Monday to Sunday roster across different shifts.
You will collaborate with the team and ward areas to ensure the best possible experience for patients and visitors.

We are a 189-bed acute private hospital located on the John Hunter Campus at Rankin Park, with 11 theatres including a hybrid theatre and a 15-bed Intensive Care Unit.
