Job description

Our client specialises in the supply of Food Processing Machinery, offering South African-based sales, after-sales service, and technical support across the African continent. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions to their clients.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Location: Linbro Business Park, Johannesburg

Workplace: On-Site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs).
  • Matric/High School Qualification (essential).
  • Reliable transportation to Linbro Business Park.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language skills: Afrikaans is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update and manage data sheets and other records.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team and management.
