Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pretoria for an Administrative Assistant to a Financial Planner. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and executive administrative support, managing phone communications with clients and external financial institutions, ensuring efficient office operations, gathering and uploading client compliance documents, and administrative duties regarding effectively implementing an investment proposal (application forms, compliance checks, following up on instructions).
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional qualifications in financial planning or related qualifications would be beneficial
