We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Manager to oversee and drive strategic client relationships within our gaming and music product lines. This cross-industry role places you at the heart of two of the most vibrant entertainment sectors, where you will act as the primary liaison between our company and key partners, including retailers, distributors, studios, and content creators.
Your mission is clear: fuel growth, drive brand presence, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will navigate industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure our partners achieve their business goals while maintaining the highest level of service and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management & Client Relationship Development: Own and manage a portfolio of accounts within the gaming and music verticals, developing strong, strategic relationships with clients ranging from global brands to niche partners.
- Strategic Planning & Market Insight: Collaborate cross-functionally and Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge.
- Growth Opportunities & Revenue Maximization: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product categories to drive revenue growth.
- Content Lifecycle & Optimization: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
- Negotiation & Industry Representation: Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and promotional strategies that align with business objectives. Represent the company at industry events, expos, and launch activations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partner relations, preferably within the gaming and music industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated passion and solid understanding of consumer behavior, digital distribution, andentertainment trends in both gaming and music sectors.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to manage high-level client relationships effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting software to manage accounts, analyze data, and track growth metrics.

- Industry-Specific Experience: Background in consumer electronics, audio gear, gaming peripherals, or digital content platforms.
- Established Networks: Strong network connections in gaming, esports, music tech, or artist partnerships.
- Streaming & Digital Content Expertise: Experience working with streaming services, game publishers, or audio brands.
- Influencer Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer/creator ecosystems in both gaming and music, understanding how to leverage these for brand growth.
