Reporting Structure: 5 supervisors and 3 branch managers.

1. Manage operations including Imports, Exports, Customs, Commercial Team, Warehousing, and Bond Store.
2. Ensure the company obtains beneficial pricing from service providers.
3. Manage the grievance process with staff.
4. Assist with revenue forecasting.
