Job description

The Company :

Job Purpose

The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to coordinate the procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica
  2. Local and international purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places
  3. Submit proforma invoices / order confirmations to Accounts for cash in advance suppliers
  4. ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit
  5. Notify forwarders of shipments for bookings to be made
  6. Complete clearing instructions for customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness
  7. Obtain estimates for freight from forwarders
  8. Track and trace international parcels
  9. Arrange collection of local supplier orders not delivered by them
  10. Build multiple contact relationships with suppliers
  11. Complete all processes for duties assigned in a timely and accurate fashion
  12. Maintain workplace health and safety requirements
  13. Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity
  14. Ensure excellent supplier and customer service
  15. Maintain archiving of documents annually
Desired Experience & Qualification

Package & Remuneration

The position is based permanently in Centurion. The pay range is R20,000.00 to R25,000.00 gross per month.
