About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Foreclosure Attorney to join our legal team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foreclosure proceedings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-branch firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including notices, pleadings, and court filings.
3. Liaise with financial institutions, clients, and opposing counsel.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Work closely with remote teams in other branches, maintaining clear and professional communication.
