Job Description

To manage and support the sales and service team, ensuring target achievement, compliance with processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing operational support to activities and initiatives that contribute to growth and profitability.
  2. Driving sales across products and campaigns to exceed targets.
  3. Delivering customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and standards.
  4. Building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to strengthen the brand.
  5. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand needs and improve service.
  6. Exceeding customer expectations through proactive solutions.
  7. Keeping customers informed about products and services.
  8. Ensuring customer service solutions align with operational plans and standards, communicating implementation plans, and securing buy-in.
  9. Maintaining accurate product knowledge and advising customers accordingly.
  10. Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, owning issues until resolution.
  11. Using feedback to propose service improvements.
  12. Building relationships to manage expectations and share insights.
  13. Engaging cross-functionally for support and collaboration.
  14. Understanding customer requirements, driving value, and advising on product and wealth management options.
