Responsibilities
To own and be accountable for executing the PRO Sales blueprint processes for acquiring and onboarding optimized new business acquisition sales.
To own and develop relationships internally and externally, building the most efficient, sustainable and loyal customer base for maximum penetration across product offerings, maintaining optimum relationships for future upsell and cross sell opportunities and ensuring maximum penetration and distribution of proposition of products and services.
To collaboratively and cohesively promote the progress and support of the order through to completion and customer delivery. Empowered with the Pro Business Solutions “Dialogue Blueprint” this will be executed with transparency and uphold expectations of workflow and deliverables allowing us to over achieve in every aspect of clear and concise communicated fulfilment.
To work efficiently and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders i.e. Fulfilment, Technical, Network, Commercial, Service, Product Management, Suppliers and Vendors, and key customer decision makers.
Develop a strong commercial understanding of your prospect base and their key drivers to achieve required targets and identifiers of efficient and effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Develop a strong understanding of your competitor landscape portfolio, aligning to product stack, differentiators and key headline awareness knowledge. Be ruthless in your pursuit to learn, grow and dedicated to SELF-EMPOWERMENT.
Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with your team/Lead Generation resource and supportive and strategic with their target areas and verticals, in particular supporting penetration of key decision makers. These key decision makers are typically senior executive heads/owners, often at board level, and can have sophisticated procurement systems where you will need to have an understanding of the customer’s process for sign off.
Ensure you are active in regular face to face meetings with prospects and that you are disciplined and focused in achieving your activity metrics and exceeding your valid opportunities integrated into your well managed pipeline.
Have a deep technical and commercial understanding of the Pro Business Solutions Product Set, it’s proposition strategies and solutions portfolio growth and its changes/dynamics, as well as your competitors.
Use knowledge of familiar customer sectors and our solutions portfolio to influence key decision makers and their sourcing of voice/Data, telephony solutions from Pro Business Solutions , ensuring you are appropriately aligning solution hot spots to customer need and developing ‘trusted advisor’ status.
Responsibility for developing and progressing an opportunity pipeline sufficient to satisfy the consistent delivery of revenue and new business acquisition targets as set for your business unit and your pay plan level. Typically, your pipeline should equal a minimum of 3 times your target and be managed within a strategic outcome of appropriate sales cycle for level of opportunity and size. This will only be achieved through maximizing activity and disciplined approach to managing effective prospect communication without fear or intimidation, but with humble and friendly rapport-driven dialogue.
To have knowledge of and work within all frameworks relevant to your customer base and the Pro Business Solutions sales framework approach and culture.
Identify and flag opportunities at risk, with a clear understanding of reason for risk and effective plan to collaborate and strategize to remove, mitigate or remedy this risk.
Maintain and keep accurate records on each and every opportunity, driven by the framework used by the Business, through the systems and platforms provided to you.
To provide plans, forecasts, reports and information regarding Customer requirements, business performance and competitors as required.
To deal, where necessary, with customer complaints and advocate use of correct Service processes to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and without compromise.
To attend and engage in training and development courses ensuring your personal development and evolution in the market.

Qualifications
Proven track record and ability to sell the portfolio you are responsible for:
Disciplined and proud in opportunity development, leveraging relationships, customer and industry knowledge, customer acquisition, accurate and substantiated sales forecasting and a “Do what you say you will do” mindset of over achieving.
Ability to accurately plan, forecast and report against sales plan and targets.
Ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
Ability to adopt a depth of customer and industry knowledge to develop an appropriate sales strategy for optimizing impactful engagements with your prospect opportunities.
Ability to build relationships, influence at an Executive level and deliver revenue targets in line with sales targets and strategy.
Managing change, aligning and prioritizing multiple KPI metrics and deliverables.
Ability to use insight to make strategic and agile operational decisions enabling the team to win, develop and onboard profitable business.

Solid understanding of Pro Business Solutions Competitor base and their offering across the Telco landscape and ICT and their differentiators and vulnerabilities. Knowledge is KEY!
Strong analytical skills, to include forecasting, pipeline, achievement, P&L details, detailed understanding of customer trading & buying process / cycles and the ability to analyze competitor proposals as and when required.
Computer literacy and system skills and knowledge are essential, Basic Office functions are non-negotiable and without compromise to a higher level of aptitude with Excel, Word, Etc.
The ability to work with the minimum of supervision, be a PRESENT and contributing member of a tightly knit team, present a quality image and be willing to work outside standard Business hours as and when required. A full valid driver’s license is required.
Own reliable and presentable vehicle
