Job description

Are you passionate about wellness, customer service, and making a difference in people’s lives? Inuversal is seeking a dynamic WellCare Ambassador & Store Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll play a dual role, helping maintain a vibrant store environment while representing cutting-edge preventative health innovations through our WellCare offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Customer Service
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
    • Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  2. Merchandise Handling
    • Receive, unpack, and label merchandise shipments.
    • Arrange and restock shelves, ensuring products are well-organized and properly displayed.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks.
    • Assist with pricing and tagging of products.
  3. Cash Handling
    • Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
    • Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and provide change to customers.
    • Ensure cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of shifts.
  4. Store Maintenance
    • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
    • Ensure that shelves, aisles, and display areas are free from clutter.
  5. Security
    • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or theft attempts to store management.
    • Follow store security procedures, including bag checks, when necessary.
  6. Product Knowledge
    • Stay informed about the products and services offered by the store.
    • Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
    • Participate in training sessions to update product knowledge.
  7. Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other store staff, including cashiers, supervisors, and managers, to achieve common goals.
    • Assist in tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
  8. Health and Safety
    • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the store manager.
  9. WellCare Ambassador
    • Learn and understand the full range of WellCare services offered by iFIMR and the Product Team, including affiliated innovations like Fuji NURA’s health screening services.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and participate in regular Q&A sessions on all WellCare offerings, including NURA’s advanced screening technologies and mobile services.
    • Actively market and position NURA as a premium, AI-enhanced cancer and lifestyle disease screening service, especially emphasizing:
      • 120-minute comprehensive screenings using low-radiation CT and mammography.
      • AI-powered diagnostic support systems.
      • Fujifilm’s advanced medical imaging technology.
    • Identify and engage high-net-worth customers who value preventative, tech-driven wellness solutions.
    • Conduct personalized scheduling for Fuji NURA screening services in collaboration with internal product teams.
    • Represent NURA as a benchmark of convenience, privacy, and efficiency in wellness diagnostics to elevate Inuversal’s health ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns, exclusive VIP events, or health awareness sessions featuring NURA.
    • Provide ongoing support and education to clients post-screening, reinforcing WellCare's commitment to holistic, proactive health management.
