Job description

Purpose of the Role :

As a Finance Consultant Manager within our Finance Transformation division, you will report to the Lead of Finance Transformation Services (FTS). Your focus will be on managing and delivering client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. You will work with leading clients and their executive teams to design and define innovative business solutions to transition from the current to the future business state.

You will collaborate with partners across the firm and geographies to ensure a holistic, cross-functional, and transformative approach.

Main duties & responsibilities :
  1. Contributing to the growth in partnerships with key technology partners.
  2. Ability to use Power BI, a visualization tool, to build dashboards.
Additional Duties :
Project Delivery and Management
  • Lead project planning sessions to set goals, determine timelines, define tasks, and outline necessary resources.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Use tracking tools to coordinate project elements.
  • Organize status and review meetings, generate and distribute minutes.
  • Gather resources, identify constraints, and define solutions.
  • Design risk management plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage project documentation and contracts.
  • Manage portfolio and resources, including stakeholder engagement, schedules, budgets, Gantt charts, and workload analysis.
  • Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
Quality Management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Recommend process enhancements and initiate remedial actions as needed.
Business Case Development

Provide input into the product vision and roadmap, aligning with overall strategy and key opportunities.

Product Development Oversight

Participate in solution design to recommend enhancements for complex business problems.

Stakeholder Management

Act as liaison between stakeholders to meet business development and project management needs.

Budget Management

Manage client accounts within approved budgets and profitability targets. Guide and assist staff in managing client accounts accordingly.
