Job description

Job Duties
  1. Under broad direction, utilize expertise in specific aspects of a Product Service Line's (PSL) technology and services portfolio to educate customers, operations, and business development (BD) on features, advantages, and benefits of the PSL solutions.
  2. Accountable for delivery execution, utilizing detailed knowledge of specific sub-PSL products, services, and solutions to identify customer needs, support BD pursuits through customer interaction and workshops, provide technical recommendations for proposals, and assist in diagnosing and communicating delivery issues.
  3. Help establish strategic direction by understanding local customer business drivers and challenges, and identify opportunities for up-sell strategies within the geographical area.
  4. Maintain awareness of the external market and company marketing strategies by collaborating with PSL, regional/country teams, and other stakeholders to identify revenue growth opportunities and stay informed about available technology.
  5. Contribute to PSL technology project prioritization based on market understanding, customer needs, and technology gaps.
  6. Implement tactical action plans as directed by country management.
  7. Possess thorough knowledge of the supported sub-PSL's technology and a broad understanding of related development tools.
  8. Promote PSL's quality directives and ensure work is performed in compliance with all HSE and OE policies and best practices.
Qualifications
  1. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
