Decision Inc. - Operations Manager

Decision Inc. is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our Business Applications team.

The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership and the delivery team to optimize processes, support resource planning, and ensure smooth daily operations.

What Will You Do?

1. Operational Oversight: Manage and improve core business processes and workflows.
2. Drive efficiencies: Drive operational efficiencies and team utilization to meet business targets.
3. Financial Processes: Manage the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support monthly revenue and cost recognition in collaboration with finance. Review timesheets, expenses, and project data for invoicing and financial validation. Assist in forecasting revenue, margin, and utilization by maintaining reliable operational data.
4. Resource Planning: Collaborate with leadership to monitor and forecast resource capacity and utilization. Maintain project resourcing plans and support onboarding of new hires or subcontractors.
5. Team Management: Manage team talent needs and skill development.
6. Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare and distribute operational reports and dashboards weekly and monthly. Monitor project and business KPIs alongside finance and delivery teams.
7. Bid/Tender Support: Support bid/tender processes by coordinating inputs and managing templates.
8. Compliance & Records: Oversee invoicing procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and best practices. Maintain records related to contracts, NDAs, certifications, and insurance.
9. HR Metrics: Provide metrics to HR for bi-annual performance reviews.

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in analytics technologies
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Good financial understanding of consulting principles
• Consulting experience (advantageous)
