Duties And Responsibilities
- To achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
- To manage and control the financial aspects of the store to ensure profitability.
- To adhere to merchandising standards aligned with brand requirements to maintain a good product mix.
- To ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and ensure product availability, monitoring stock-related risks.
- To deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
- To build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external service providers.
- To manage human resources effectively through recruitment, planning, and payroll administration.
- To inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
- To align team members with the company culture and foster a positive work environment.
- To implement all company policies and procedures.
- To maintain health and safety practices.

Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Clear criminal record.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ store management experience.
- Minimum of 8 years' retail experience.
- Experience working in a large retail store with an annual turnover of over R20 million.
