Duties And Responsibilities
  • To achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
  • To manage and control the financial aspects of the store to ensure profitability.
  • To adhere to merchandising standards aligned with brand requirements to maintain a good product mix.
  • To ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and ensure product availability, monitoring stock-related risks.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
  • To build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external service providers.
  • To manage human resources effectively through recruitment, planning, and payroll administration.
  • To inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
  • To align team members with the company culture and foster a positive work environment.
  • To implement all company policies and procedures.
  • To maintain health and safety practices.
