Job Description
Roadmaster Drivers School, a Premier National Commercial Truck Driver Training School and a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator for our Atlanta, GA location.
This position will assist the School Manager, manage the administrative department, and provide clerical and business support for all employees and students.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and finalize student files for all enrolled students.
- Collect all required student documentation.
- Maintain the accuracy of the student database.
- Prepare student status change forms and reports.
- Handle confidential student reports such as driving and criminal records.
- Collect payments, prepare receipts, and reconcile school accounts.
- Prepare student graduation packages weekly.
- Manage new employee personnel files in coordination with HR.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, the corporate office, and call center.
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls.
- Provide clerical support to the School Manager, employees, and students as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable office administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Additional Responsibilities
- Package and maintain student files through graduation.
- Handle all aspects of bank deposits and credit card batching.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to finance and administration.
- Prepare class start files, student status reports, and graduation packages.
- Advise the school director on active student receivables and documents.
- Perform all duties with integrity and high ethical standards.
