Junior RED SEAL (Trade Related Certificates) Fitters & Turners, Industrial Electricians, Millwright or Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineers (diploma level)

Location: The Netherlands (on-site)

We are seeking passionate, young maintenance professionals with experience in a production environment (such as agricultural, mining, or similar sectors) to join our team in The Netherlands.

Who are you:
  1. A RED SEAL (Trade Tested), N5 or N6, Millwright, Industrial Electrician, Fitter & Turner, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Diploma (preferably in process or mechanical fitting and turning or millwright);
  2. Fluent in Afrikaans and English (required, as the company's working language is Dutch);
  3. Versatile experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance on machinery;
  4. Experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, welding (stainless steel / aluminum), Siemens PLC (a plus), relays, frequency switches;
  5. Background in food production or mining industry;
  6. Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production line machinery;
  7. 2-4 years of relevant experience;
  8. Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport;
  9. Willingness to work in shifts.

Contract details include:

  1. Two-year contract, 40 hours per week;
  2. 25 paid holidays annually (+ potential additional days);
  3. Public holidays (up to 7 per year), paid by Xelvin;
  4. Holiday allowance of 8.33% on gross annual income, paid in May;
  5. Overtime and shift allowances;
  6. Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
  7. Estimated gross monthly salary of €4100 (IND-VISA norm for candidates under 30).
