We're Hiring : Project Manager (Manufacturing | FMCG) – Nasrec Site

Are you a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a proactive leader to drive projects that shape the future of our production capabilities.

Reporting to : Principal Process Engineer

Start Date : As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and document all aspects of project execution within the factory.
• Plan, budget, and implement factory changes with cost-effective strategies.
• Develop and maintain project frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Drive project performance aligned with strategic business goals.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure accurate budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads and contractors.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and drive progress.

Key Performance Indicators :

• Production yields
• Staff performance and management
• Product specification compliance
• Budget and cost containment

What We’re Looking For :

• Matric Certificate
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in an FMCG or manufacturing setting
• Strong grasp of the project management lifecycle and ability to manage multiple related projects simultaneously
• Experience or qualification as a Draughtsman (advantageous)
• Engineering qualification (beneficial but not required)

Who You'll Work With :

You’ll lead a team of Production and Project Builders and collaborate closely with senior management to enhance productivity and process efficiency in the edible oils sector.
