This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
For Our Clients:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet clients’ business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define and segment target audiences, creating detailed customer personas.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations.
- Provide strategic insights to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development on proposals.
- Ensure projects are accurately costed, scoped, and profitable.
- Perform GAP analysis to identify and address performance discrepancies.
- Create user journey maps to enhance customer experience.
- Develop innovative marketing concepts aligned with brand messaging.
- Work with content teams to produce SEO-optimized, engaging content.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance.
For Our Agency (Internal):
- Monitor digital marketing trends and share insights with staff.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
- Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate the agency.
- Develop case studies showcasing successful campaigns.
- Seek industry awards to boost brand credibility.
- Foster innovation within the team by experimenting with new tools and strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments.
- Present at industry events on relevant topics.
Who We're Looking For
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas persuasively.
- Experience in public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels like Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar are advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience in AI is highly valued.
- Experience in omnichannel marketing is essential.
