Job Description

Associate role is to support the proactive and reactive retention of customers wanting to cancel their service contracts by doing the following:

  • Calling customers to find out if they were happy with a service, they received at retailors
  • Escalate to retailers or CRC if the customer complains about the service or mechanical faults
  • Verify and update customers details
  • Update leisure interest of customers


Qualifications

Essential

  • Matric
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Contact Centre qualification
  • Computer literacy in order to operate customer related information systems
  • Knowledge on the automotive industry
