Human Capital Coordinator (6 month temp contract)

This role involves providing advice and support to increase operational quality and turnaround time, executing predefined work objectives according to standard operating procedures, and supporting operational excellence within the Human Capital team.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Contributing to cost efficiencies and building stakeholder relationships.
  2. Delivering customer service adhering to quality standards.
  3. Providing administration services, reporting, and updating relevant information.
  4. Ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
  5. Supporting process documentation and project implementation.
  6. Supporting the HC strategy and operational excellence initiatives.
  7. Guiding effective application of HC policies and supporting change management.
  8. Identifying opportunities for personal performance improvement and fostering teamwork and inclusivity.
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: Matric, relevant certification or diploma.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a Human Capital team.
