A division of the Takealot Group, is seeking a highly talented Partner Account Associate to join our team in the Eastern Cape.

This position reports to the Sales Lead of Mr D.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Support the Sales Area Leads with restaurant sign-up processes.
• Act as the main contact for restaurant partners in your assigned areas, reporting to the Sales Area Leads.
• Collaborate with Sales Area Leads to strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their performance.
• Provide timely and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners.
• Assist with device-related queries from restaurant partners.
• Help deliver marketing materials to restaurants when needed.
• Train restaurant staff on using the Mr D restaurant device.
• Maintain strict standards during restaurant visits.
