Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate SpecialistUK Recruitment Experience Essential | Specialized RecruitmentContract : potential to go permanentAuxo BPO, part of the Solutions arm of the Auxo Group – a dynamic, people-first talent solutions provider that's redefining recruitment across key sectors - currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support a high-performing permanent team with sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships in the business support and finance space.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid UK recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for engaging top-tier talent.What You'll Be Doing : You'll be the engine behind candidate engagement – sourcing exceptional business support professionals, particularly for clients in specialized finance.Alongside experienced consultants, you'll : Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative strategies.Conduct initial virtual meet & greets, identify strengths, and add detailed profiles to our CRM.Assist with live role briefs and shortlist development.Assist candidates with CV advice and interview prep.Build and maintain warm talent pools for ongoing and repeat roles.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the CRM.Deliver a professional, friendly, and high-touch candidate experience.Take part in networking initiatives and contribute to building our candidate community.You'll be a great fit if you have : Proven recruitment experience in the UK market – ideally within business support, financial services, or another specialized vertical.Strong sourcing and research skills, with the confidence to headhunt and engage passive candidates.A professional approach, strong work ethic, and a naturally warm and engaging manner.The ability to build trust and rapport with candidates at all levels.Confidence using CRM systems and recruitment tech to manage workflows efficiently.A curious, proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge the status quo.Experience in a corporate or specialized recruitment environment.Join a vibrant, high-performing team where your sourcing skills and candidate care make a real impact.
