Vacancy: Branch Administrator - Rustenburg
A position has become vacant at our Secunda Branch and will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to oversee all Administrative, HR, and Financial responsibilities of the branch.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications, experience, and other competencies required:
- Grade 12 or Matric Certificate.
- A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar environment.
- Payroll knowledge and experience – essential.
- Financial knowledge – essential.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- No criminal record.
- Own reliable transport.
- Should reside within Secunda or surrounding areas.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Will include:
- Ensuring payroll and salary concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Daily booking of Guards on Posting Sheets.
- Billing and finance reporting, including MOS reports to management.
- Personnel management, onboarding, and terminations.
- Fleet management.
- Managing budget allocation, invoices, and PO requests for the Transport Department.
- Supporting the Branch Manager with functions and financial actions.
- Managing all branch assets.
- Handling petty cash system and submissions.
- Preparing timely reports for all sites.
- Being a key contact for all departments on branch matters.
- Adhering to office administration duties and company policies.
- Managing schedules, deadlines, and the flow of information within the branch.
- Ensuring branch compliance and audit readiness.
- Overseeing facilities, maintenance, and tradespersons.
- Preparing and presenting reports to managers and executives.
- Supporting managers and executives with projects and tasks.
- Engaging with security officers.
- Handling pension, provident fund submissions, and UIF documents.
- Providing full branch support functions.
- Acting as key liaison between the branch and the group.
