Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Umhlanga.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in the contact center industry is a plus
