Techni Pro is seeking a motivated Field IT Technician to provide on-call technical support to clients in Rustenburg. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to gain hand-on experience in IT support and networking, with performance-based earnings and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Assist with client onboarding, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Document service requests and resolutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service during client interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware repairs and OS troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required for client call-outs)
• Must reside in Rustenburg
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime/weekends as needed
• Have own vehicle
