We are now looking for a Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Strategist to join our Finance Technology team in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. You’ll help power our search efforts by designing and executing scalable systems and sourcing strategies that improve access to top technology talent within the hedge fund and proprietary trading space.

  • Build and Maintain Sourcing Systems - Design efficient, scalable workflows and databases that help consultants quickly find and engage top candidates in the trading tech space
  • Optimize Data & Tools - Keep our CRM and outreach tools organized, up to date, and structured for smooth team collaboration and candidate tracking.
  • Develop Targeted Talent Pools - Create and maintain segmented candidate communities by skillset and seniority to match market demand and project needs.
  • Run Strategic Outreach Campaigns - Execute and optimize mass communication campaigns (email, SMS, LinkedIn) to engage relevant candidates and improve response rates.
  • Support Recruiter Success - Partner with consultants to provide candidate leads, strategic outreach ideas, and supporting content to drive better conversations.
  • Provide Market Insights - Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor moves, and talent shifts to help the team stay ahead.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience - Contribute to newsletters, job alerts, and community updates that reflect our brand and keep candidates informed and engaged.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing strategy, or operations
  • Strong technical and CRM/database management skills.
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a drive for simplicity and scale
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a deep curiosity for systems and process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to work in a high-performance environment supporting elite technology talent
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the finance or quantitative trading industry
