The exclusive Camps Bay Retreat, located under The Twelve Apostles and Lion's Head in Camps Bay, is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their experienced team.

The receptionist ensures a smooth and enjoyable guest experience while supporting front desk operations.

What Is Required :

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience that sets the tone for their visit.

This role involves managing front desk operations, handling appointments, guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining efficient workflows.

The Receptionist enhances guest experience through personalized service, addressing guest needs, and ensuring all aspects of their visit are handled with care, contributing to the luxury standards of the property.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience as a Receptionist in a Spa
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ESP
  • Opera Cloud knowledge (advantageous)
  • Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Basic computer skills
  • Pro-active mindset
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
  • Team player and goal-oriented
