Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting and tax.
• Proficient in Xero and Pastel accounting software.

Job description

Prepare financial statements which include complex tax calculations.

Process transactions in Xero, Pastel Partner and Pastel Online to trail balance.

Reconcile bank accounts and investment statements.

Prepare management statements and budgets.

Prepare audit files for auditors.

Reconcile VAT and complete and submit VAT via e-filing.

Prepare monthly invoices and levies.

Qualifications :

At least 2 – 3 years of experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Afrikaans).

Proactive and deadline oriented.

Responsible and accountable.

Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills.

Up to date with corporate tax regulations
