They specialize in mortgage origination, and their services are an integral part of a larger value chain that includes real estate, insurance, and other related home services. They are seeking a dynamic individual who is commercially savvy with sound relationship-building skills in the KZN Region.

JOB PURPOSE :

A successful Sales Consultant should be able to deliver specific duties and responsibilities aimed at making the business profitable. Their main role involves promoting a product in the market using strategies that maximize sales.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
  2. Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  3. Discover customers' needs and offer solutions through the company's services or products.
  4. Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in the target area.
  5. Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build long-lasting business relationships.
  6. Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients seeking more information about our products.
  7. Assemble product displays in the market.
  8. Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS : Matric

Tertiary qualification in Business Management is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE :

At least 3-5 years as a sales consultant.

Experience in Technology Product sales is a must.

Proven track record in achieving targets.

Exposure to Home Loans processes is an advantage.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills are required.

Ability to handle objections and close sales.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

High emotional intelligence (EQ), influential, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
