Job Responsibilities

1. Policy Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies through training and daily queries.
2. Process Compliance: Understand and implement current processes, addressing concerns promptly.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, present proposals to line manager, and provide relevant information.
4. Order Delivery: Ensure timely delivery by receiving products, verifying seals, planning routes, delivering, and securing proof of delivery daily.
5. Efficiency Optimization: Pack products carefully, plan routes, and adhere to traffic and company regulations.
6. Product Offloading: Agree on offloading procedures, follow safety precautions, secure the area, and execute steps daily.
7. Vehicle Compliance: Complete vehicle inspections, maintain licenses and safety equipment, and monitor compliance.
8. Logbook Maintenance: Record deliveries, travel distances, and other data daily, and submit as per deadlines.
9. Fire Risk Management: Maintain secure explosives storage, manage vegetation, and use approved methods to reduce fire hazards.
10. Personal Safety: Manage overtime, ensure consistent attendance, and prioritize health and safety.
11. SHE Practices: Understand, implement, and review SHE actions within deadlines.
12. SHE Standards Compliance: Maintain SHE knowledge and adhere to standards consistently.
13. Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively.
14. Service Provider Relations: Track service levels, monitor delivery, identify issues, and implement corrective actions monthly or as needed.
15. Team Contribution: Participate in team activities, support colleagues, and engage actively daily.
16. Self-Development: Identify growth areas, seek development activities, obtain approval, and complete them successfully.
