An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Process Engineer to join a fast-paced industrial setting where efficiency, innovation, and safety are at the core of operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing process parameters, enhancing production efficiency, and designing, building, and commissioning new projects. From ensuring process safety compliance to managing high-impact projects and delivering sustainable performance improvements, this position offers variety, growth, and technical depth.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and design reviews to uphold process safety.
2. Leading process development, identifying root causes of deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
3. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical support to production.
4. Developing process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective operations.
5. Managing end-to-end projects, including feasibility studies, design, commissioning, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and systematic administration throughout all activities.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A BSc in Chemical Engineering
• 3 to 8 years of hands-on industrial experience
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with equipment sizing, process design, and energy balancing
• A passion for continuous improvement and process reliability
