Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing new campaign ads, screening, and sourcing quality candidates. The candidate must apply a critical mindset to ensure that candidates meet campaign requirements. The role requires close collaboration with the Operations Department, so strong relationship-building skills are essential. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Write advertisements and post on various platforms.
  2. Implement initiatives and referral programs to attract outbound sales candidates.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, and compliance.
  4. Perform all administrative duties related to recruitment.
  5. Ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  2. Proven track record of meeting high candidate delivery targets.
Working Hours
  1. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  2. Flexibility may be required based on operational needs.
Salary

R 6000 to R 8000 plus lucrative placement incentives.
