In this role, you will help scale our marketing organization across various technologies, including MRM, SEO, website translation, employee advocacy, and social media platforms.

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology, you will play a pivotal role in building a global MarTech stack with centralized platforms for regional use, enabling faster market response, asset and campaign re-use, and adherence to best practices.The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across NTT DATA globally to evaluate, select, and implement marketing applications, ensuring their effective integration and adoption.What you'll be doingResponsibilitiesAct as product owner for marketing applications like MRM, SEO, website translation, employee advocacy, and social media platforms, staying updated on features and capabilities.Lead the evaluation and standardization of similar applications to streamline our technology stack.Collaborate with IT, Enterprise Architecture, marketing teams, business analysts, and project managers worldwide.Develop business cases, gather requirements, and score applications for suitability.Identify and maintain relationships with platform owners and regional users.Lead application rollout, ensuring change management and user adoption through effective communication.Develop training plans and establish global standards in partnership with the MarTech Governance team.QualificationsExperience managing marketing technologies such as Wrike, Magnetic, Adobe WorkFront, BrightEdge, SEMrush, and website translation platforms like Smartling, DeepL, TransPerfect.Excellent communication and relationship skills with a client-first attitude.Strong understanding of operational requirements for MRM platforms.Willingness to learn and adapt from stakeholders.Strong project management and attention to detail.Process-oriented with the ability to analyze and execute tasks collaboratively.Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Experience in developing business cases and gathering requirements.Requirements8-10 years of relevant experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Experience with Wrike, Magnetic, or Adobe Workfront.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.Workplace type : Hybrid WorkingEqual Opportunity EmployerNTT DATA values diversity and is committed to providing an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.
