This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career individual with a passion for data and curiosity about customer behaviour. As a Trainee Marketing Analyst, you will be supported and guided by a team of experienced analysts. You’ll learn how to interpret data, understand customer performance, and contribute to meaningful insights that help us make strategic decisions and grow our customer base.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role:

• Learn how to extract, clean, and interpret data from various sources
• Assist in producing accurate reports and understanding business trends
• Support the team in identifying key patterns in customer acquisition and retention
• Help with monitoring and investigating variances in campaign and performance data
• Participate in the development and tracking of marketing tests and initiatives
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed

A little about who you are:

• Recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g. BSc, BCom, B Bus Sci, B Eng.)
• Strong interest in data analysis
• Comfortable using Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Exposure to coding languages
• Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• A team player who’s excited to build a career in data
