We’re looking for a visionary Data Ecosystems Lead to architect and drive a bold data transformation strategy. This is not your typical leadership role — it’s a game-changer. What You'll Do

• Own the Data Strategy: Define a clear, forward-looking data ecosystem strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and transformative technologies.
• Build the Data Business: Drive the commercialisation of data — from monetisation models to market-making, aiming to grow the business substantially within 2–3 years.
• Lead with Vision: Champion a data-first mindset across the organisation, influencing senior leaders and inspiring teams.
• Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, external partners, compliance, marketing, and analytics teams to build, launch, and scale data-driven products.
• Develop Use Cases and Roadmaps: Shape and own long-term data product roadmaps that enable scalable growth and industry innovation in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
• Drive Partnerships: Identify and unlock external data partnerships and platform opportunities to expand our reach and capabilities.
• Be the Catalyst: Transform how data is used and perceived within the business — from back-office reporting to front-line innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strategic & Commercial Leader with a proven track record of building and scaling new business opportunities in data or tech.
• Experience defining and executing data product strategies and roadmaps that have real-world impact.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, data governance, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels — from engineers to C-suite.
• A bias for action — entrepreneurial, energetic, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Track record of delivering measurable business value through data innovation.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, banking and/or insurance is a major differentiator
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

• Business degree with a focus on data, strategy and/or technology
• MBA

• 10+ years business experience
• Deep Healthcare, pharma industry experience and understanding
• Strategy design and execution experience
• Technology experience and understanding
