Job description

Responsible for the overall email campaign creation and management within our marketing automation platform (Eloqua). The successful candidate will work closely with onshore Campaign Managers and Content Executives to ensure efficient and accurate campaign execution. A deep understanding of email campaign best practices is essential. The Campaign Associate will collaborate with the marketing team to monitor email timing metrics and provide ongoing recommendations to deliver highly targeted emails to the appropriate audiences.

Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including email creation, canvas setup, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization in Eloqua.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, including emails, awareness and acquisition programs, and customer success communications.
  • Work under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor to ensure flawless email production and creation processes.
  • Ensure email messages are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, including deliverability, mobile rendering, and open rates.
  • Interact regularly with onshore partners and represent the REPH RX Campaigns Team.

  • Campaign Management: Ability to conceptualize, create, and execute effective campaign journeys across multiple platforms.
  • Web Development and Optimization: Ability to manage and optimize web content and analyze digital performance.
  • Creative Design: Ability to create and communicate effective visual marketing materials.

Hard / Technical and Soft Skills

  • Experience with campaign setup, email creation, deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
  • Knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
