Job summary

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Dealer Development & Marketing Coordinator to manage dealer development projects and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a background in marketing or business. You will oversee the national roll-out of dealer development plans, ensuring compliance with brand standards and facilitating effective communication with dealer teams. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Direct experience in OEM project management or dealer development.

  • Oversee the national dealer development roll-out plan.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, events, and point-of-sale (POS) ordering.

Job description

Dealer Development & Marketing Coordinator (Commercial Vehicles)

Location : Kempton Park, Gauteng

Salary : R25 000 – R35 000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)

Type : Permanent | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the national dealer development roll-out plan, ensuring alignment with brand CI standards
  • Manage facility visibility and signage compliance in line with CI guides
  • Liaise with dealer teams, contractors, and internal departments to drive project milestones
  • Track and report on dealer readiness, project pipelines, costs, and timelines
  • Conduct regular site visits nationally for dealer audits and alignment
  • Coordinate marketing materials, events, and point-of-sale (POS) ordering
  • Assist in in-house training logistics and online training portal roll-outs
  • Maintain marketing and communication distribution databases

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Direct experience in OEM project management or dealer development ( non-negotiable )
  • Proven track record of project management success
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and confident, proactive approach
